ADDING CASH FROM CLOSED TABLES TO THE CASH DRAWER (Bartenders)

  1. Server provides bartender with the receipt and cash for the closed order

  2. Bartender Adds Cash to the Cash Drawer

    1. Open register App and click on 3 dots in the upper left

    2. Click on “Open Cash Drawer”

    3. Select the Option “Add Cash”

    4. Enter the Cash Amount paid on receipt

    5. In “Reason for Adding Cash” enter: Table Number, Cash Amount & Server name. (e.g. LiveSavvy8, $46.90, John)

    6. Click “Continue” and Cash Drawer opens. Provide the applicable change if the server presents a large bill.

Note: Order should already be paid, and the transaction closed out by the server. Bartender is only Adding Cash to the Drawer.

PLACING TAKEOUT ORDERS

Take out orders can either be put through using the “Clover Dining” App “Register” App.

Using the Clover Dining App

  1. Open Clover Dining App & Swipe to Takeout Window

  2. Click green + sign on lower left

  3. Select Order Type (Takeout, BentoBoX DD, GH, UH)

    1. (Note: When using handheld, after selecting your first item, click on 3 dots in the upper right to select order Type.

  4. Select Food/Drink Category & enter menu items.

  5. Once order is complete “Fire All” to kitchen

Using the Register App

  1. Open Register App

  2. Select Order Type (Takeout, BentoBoX DD, GH, UH)

    1. (Note: When using handheld, after selecting your first item, click on 3 dots in the upper right to select order Type.

  3. Select Food/Drink Category & enter menu items.

  4. Once order is complete “Fire All” to kitchen

PAYING OR CHECKING OUT A CUSTOMER

  1. Open your Table or take-out Order

  2. Click on the Green “Pay” button

  3. Select Payment Type

    1. Cash/Check/ PIN Debit button is for Cash and Debit card payments.

    2. Vise/Mastercard/Discover/AX is for Credit Card

  4. Click on the Payment Option

    1. Credit/Debit

    2. Cash

    3. Other:

      1. Select Customer: Choose this option to apply Rewards Discounts, or pay with Rewards points

      2. BentoBox, GH, UE. DD: Choose this option when closing out Online Delivery Partners orders.

SIGNING UP REWARDS CUSTOMERS

  1. Once Customers are seated, ask customers to download the CLOVER App and create their profile.

  2. Once the App is downloaded, direct Customers to ‘Check-in” to Savvy Bistro on the App.

    1. Note: Let customers know they will start earning points immediately and that they are eligible for a 10% welcome bonus that they can claim immediately.

  3. How do customers claim their 10% discount or claim any other eligible perk?

    1. At check out, Open Table or take-out Order. (Customer must complete “check-in” at Savvy on their Clover App)

  4. Click on the Green “Pay” button

  5. Select Payment Type

    1. Cash/Check/ PIN Debit button is for Cash and Debit card payments.

    2. Vise/Mastercard/Discover/AX is for Credit Card

    3. In the “Other” section, click on Select Customer.

    4. Eligible rewards are honored via 2 options: Customer Name or Clover QR code

      Customer Name Method:

      1. Ask customer their name to confirm, then click on customer name

      2. Apply discount or select eligible reward.

        (Note: After discount is selected, go back to the Order and confirm discount was applied)

        Clover QR code Method

  1. Use Clover device and scan customer QR code.

  2. Confirm that eligible product type is available and product type.
