Terms, Conditions & Liability Waiver

By enrolling in the Savvy Bistro VIP Membership, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. VIP Membership benefits are subject to availability and may vary by date, time, event capacity, or management discretion.

2. Membership privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

3. Membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to unused benefits or early termination.

4. Participation in any off-site Savvy Bistro & Bar event is entirely voluntary. Savvy Bistro & Bar Inc. assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, or incidents occurring at off-site events.

5. Savvy Bistro & Bar Inc., its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any claims arising from participation in VIP Membership activities, except as required by law.

6. Discounts, complimentary access, and promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Revocation of Membership

Savvy Bistro & Bar Inc. reserves the right to revoke or suspend a VIP Membership at any time, with or without refund, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of house rules, venue policies, or safety procedures

• Disorderly conduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, management, or guests

• Misuse, abuse, transfer, or attempted resale of membership benefits

• Repeated no-shows, fraudulent payments, or chargebacks

• Conduct that damages the reputation, operations, or goodwill of Savvy Bistro & Bar Inc.

• Illegal activity occurring on or in connection with Savvy Bistro & Bar events

• Any behavior deemed by management to be inconsistent with the standards, atmosphere, or values of Savvy Bistro & Bar Inc.

Revoked memberships are not eligible for refunds, reinstatement, or transfer, and all decisions regarding revocation are final.
